The WaveMakers program is not recommended if you have less than 2 years of work experience or if you’re an experienced people manager (e.g., you’re a manager of managers). If you’re unsure if the program is a good fit given your role, just contact us.

The fellowship begins with a self-paced program designed to address your specific growth challenges. You’ll dive deep into practical training, work on real-world projects, and develop essential skills at your own pace, giving you the flexibility to learn when it suits you best.

Your journey doesn’t stop after completing the core program! You’ll receive a full year of membership (the core program included), providing ongoing access to exclusive resources, advanced learning materials, and a supportive circle of mentors and peers. Your membership can be renewed annually, ensuring continuous opportunities for development and connection.

The program is highly flexible, and the time commitment depends on how much you want to invest in your growth. Essentially, you get as much out as you put in. While many participants spend 2-4 hours per week engaging with the content, working on projects, and participating in discussions, you can adjust this based on your availability and goals.

We also offer weekly live sessions with industry experts, designed to enhance your learning experience. These are scheduled at various times to accommodate different time zones. If you’re unable to attend live, you can always catch up with the recordings at your own pace.

While a part of our mission is empowering women and underrepresented groups, the Fellowship is open to anyone who seeks to develop their leadership skills and advance their career in an inclusive and supportive environment.

You’ll receive ongoing support from the WaveMakers community team, access to a close-knit circle that understands your journey, industry experts and top-notch resources tailored to your growth and designed to help you maintain momentum and motivation long term.

Unlike most leadership programs, the WaveMakers Fellowship isn’t a one-size-fits-all experience. You’ll receive personalized feedback and guidance tailored to your unique career goals and challenges from the team and your peers. This ensures that what you learn will be directly applicable to your personal journey. The Fellowship also stands out because it focuses on continuous learning, constant connection opportunities, access to expert leaders, and practical, actionable, real-time advice.

The Fellowship is an annual subscription. You can choose to pay in €29 monthly installments,, or opt for annual billing for just €199!

We wanted to make sure to keep the cost affordable while still offering great value because we believe everyone should have access to leadership education. This flexible payment structure ensures that you can invest in your leadership development in a way that suits your budget.

You can cancel your enrollment in the Wavemakers Fellowship within 14 days for the monthly plan or 30 days for the yearly plan.

• 14-day window (monthly plan): If you cancel within the 14-day window, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. If you cancel after the 14-day window, you will retain access to the Fellowship until the end of your current month but will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

• 30-day window (yearly plan): If you cancel within the 30-day window, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.

We are using the platform Heartbeat for community engagement and payment hosting. To cancel your subscription, you can do so directly by navigating to the "Billing" area in the Heartbeat platform. If you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at hi@wavemakers.io with your full name, registration date, and request for a refund.

If you decide to cancel the yearly plan after the 30-day window, please note that we are unable to offer a refund. However, you will retain access to any materials or resources provided up until the cancellation date.
